I am a hobbyist photographer based out of Kolkata. Apart from my occupation as a software engineer I like to take photos, listen to music and travel to different places. I love to take photographs of landscapes and street portraits of the common man. Capturing the interaction of men at work has always intrigued me. For landscapes, I love simple compositions with great tonality. I draw inspiration from the works of Ansel Adams, Fan Ho and Michael Kenna, and Satyajit Ray's movies.
