1. Eligibility: Open to all artists. Each artist can submit up to 5 artworks.

2. Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of INR 300 must accompany each submission.

3. Artwork Size: Preference will be given to small and medium-sized artworks due to limited space for large works.

4. Pricing: Artworks should be moderately priced. Final pricing will be decided mutually with the gallery.

5. Crockery/Home Decor Section: A special section is available for crockery and home decor items, which will be displayed on tables.

6. Selection Process: Artworks will be selected by a committee. Only selected works will be exhibited.

7. Submission Deadline: 10 JUL 2024

8. Delivery of Artworks: Selected artists are responsible for delivering their artworks to the gallery by 10 AUG 2024.

9. Exhibition Dates: Artworks will be exhibited from 15 AUG 24 to 30 AUG 2024.

10. Sales: The gallery will retain a 33% commission on all sales made during the exhibition.
