In 1953, Ramlal Dhar was born into a world of artful potential. His studies at the Government College of Art and Craft in Kolkata followed by training with Atul Bose's esteemed French Atelier prepared him for success along his artistic journey. With support from both Assam State government as well as scholarship grants from Calcutta - not to mention being awarded an exclusive French Ministry opportunity - were he able to specialize in murals & mosaics; He is now celebrated amongst prominent collections: The National Gallery of Modern Arts (Delhi), Lalit Kala Akademi (Delhi) and many private entities who showcase & exclusively cherish Regally Collection pieces.
