Myself Tanumoy Chattopadhyay, a Statistician by profession and a mobile photographer by passion. Street photography has always been my favorite genre. With my handy device, I try to capture stories of everyday life, wherever I find. The simple emotions, the journey of life, the unnoticed moments are embedded in my photography. While grinding through journey of life, photography serves me as an oxygen to 'live'.. Live for the moment, for the emotions, for the people, for the city. Last but not the least, the seed of this passion had been planted inside me by my uncle who is no more in my life. This exhibition is a tribute to my Late Uncle. Hope he is happy for this achievement of mine.
