Sumit Dhara is a seventeen-year-old visual storyteller and author from Bharat. A high school student, Sumit embraces photography as a means to explore and honor the delicate beauty in everyday moments. His work captures the ephemeral emotions of life, from the devotion in a ritual flame to the vibrant colors of festival celebrations. In 2025, he received the Gold Medal in The Global Photography Contest – Season 11, a recognition that deepened his commitment to authenticity in art. His debut book, "Rethink What We Eat," reflects his tender approach to storytelling, preserving fleeting truths in a rapidly changing world.
