The journey began when her father gifted her a Hot Shot Camera on her 11th birthday. Her parents indulged the passion for travelling and exploration of nature and human cultures. After completion of Graduation with Honours, she got her Diploma in Photography from Yuba Kendra under Department of Youth Services. The photographs she took with her Analog Camera, attracted applauds from the viewers in later years. In the year 2012, Sanchari became a student of “Third Eye”, the school of photography of eminent photographer Sri Atanu Pal. Under his guidance and teaching, her vision and approach towards this wonderful medium of expression took a higher leap. Professionally, Sanchari is a Cooperator at present. She is designated as Assistant General Manager and Faculty Member of ICMARD, the Cooperative Training Institute of The WBSCARD Bank Ltd. Sanchari has participated in multiple exhibitions and competitions in her photography career. Nature and landscape, its serenity and its role in human mind and culture have always played a crucial part in her interest in photography. Her vision towards this magnificent combination of art and science as a media discovers the tapestry of humanity, storytelling, learning and documenting the human mosaic through everyday life of people, their livelihood, sense of community and solitude.
