A poet, essayist, translator, novelist, painter, song maker and a vocal artist. Photography is a passionate medium to explore the various colors and sound around. Photography is like poetry or may be a concerto in silence. I started the journey of looking through the lens capturing streets of Kolkata at the teen age. Even now the images around my City mesmerizes me. I hold post-graduate degrees in both Commerce and Bangla Literature &Language and a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration. This is my first time participation in any Photo fest. I like to explore the free flowing simplicity of daily life, common people around me, the streets, sign boards. Photography to me is not just about capturing images but a form of art. As a performing artist, I want to explore every form of this art.
