Asish Chowdhury, born in 1978, is a ceramic artist who completed his education at Visva Bharati Santiniketan in 2003. He was recognized as Ceramic of the Year in Delhi in 2009 and currently works as an artist at Arts Acre Foundation. Asish is known for his exceptional works of Durga and his art reflects the strong influence of the nature of Bengal.
