There are three categories in this photography exhibition and competitions:

• • You can submit minimum of 5 and maximum of 7 photographs within three categories:

    1. Human and Nature (Human interaction with nature, normal landscape photograph will go to open category)
    2. Wildlife
    3. Open (Any other category which is not included in above two category)
• One participant has to submit minimum of 5 and maximum of 7 photographs.  Those photographs can be under one category or multiple categories.
• The photographs must be original work of the photographer. Any claim on copyright will be taken seriously and decision of the exhibition curator will be final
• Photograph from any device is accepted including digital camera, film, and mobile phones; however the quality of the photograph should be adequate to print in 12×18 inches
• Participants can submit post processed photos including monochromes (black and white)
• Photographs should not be watermarked
• During submission the image size should be less than 3 MB
  

• All images should be in .jpg format only

• To submit, you have to register in our portal

• The cost for registration is INR 100

• The last date of submission is 7th October, 2023 or till slots last. Last time we closed our submission process way before time.
  

• After submission, our selection team will send you confirmation email if your photograph/s is/are selected

• After receiving our email, you need to send the high quality photographs (300dpi) and the entry-fee for exhibiting your work in the gallery within 3 days
  

• The entry-fee for exhibition for each selected photographs is INR 1800 (for India & Bangladesh*), $25 for international. Please note, you have to pay this only if your photograph is selected. 

• This fee includes printing, framing, exhibiting your photographs in the gallery.

• We print the photographs in matt finish with 12×18 size (or with aspect ratio) and mount it on with glass frame.
• Physical presence is not mandatory however, it will be great to be inside the gallery during the exhibition days. We will provide e-certificate and physical certificate can be mailed over paying the delivery cost.
